Our former nanny, Remmie, is available for work with a new family. Remmie worked for our family for two years starting when our daughter was five months old.

Remmie has decades of experience taking care of children. Prior to joining our family Remmie also did a series of nanny shares so is experienced caring for multiple kids simultaneously. Before our daughter was born we would see Remmie around the neighborhood with a nanny share and she was always incredibly engaged with them (often singing, teaching them on walks). So when we saw that she was looking for work around the time our daughter was born we jumped at the opportunity. She was wonderful with our daughter, providing her with regular opportunities to get out, explore the world, and socialize with other kids her age. Remmie rarely uses her phone around kids, and is constantly engaged in conversation or reading to our daughter. They truly loved each other and their bond was heartwarming to see. As a testament to how engaged she is, I had multiple neighbors approach me and tell me that they had seen Remmie and our daughter in the neighborhood and it was clear how much Remmie cared for her.

Remmie is looking for full time work caring for an infant. In the two years she was with us, Remmie is extremely punctual. She is tidy and helped keep our house clean. Remmie is looking to join a family somewhere in Bethesda or upper NW DC. She is allergic to cats, and so is not able to work in a house with that type of furry friend.
