Either provide and vehicle and pay the costs yourself, or pay mileage at $.70/mile.

If she uses her car you absolutely pay for mileage reimbursement. Why would she use her own gas lol

If she is using her car, yes, reimburse at the IRS rate of 72.5 cents per mile.

It would be generous to gift a car detailing at least once a year.

$32 is a good hourly rate. Did she agree to driving when you agreed to the rate?
If she is using her own car you could always give her a gas gift card once a month or so as a benefit.
