I’d hire a sitter on Saturday mornings to try and get some errands done and trade off with spouse too.
I could manage the evenings with 2 adults and 2 kids.

I posted a version of this on the general parenting forum, but figured it makes sense to ask here too.

For parents who have two parents working demanding jobs (and not planning to change that), and two young kids (baby / toddler), and a great weekday 8-5 nanny (who is great but can’t pick up more hours / tasks) -

What other help do you have?
How do you make it so that you can focus on your job + your family, and not on the never ending supply of bottles / dishes / meal cooking / laundry / house and yard work / etc?

We have a weekly cleaner. We do not want to hire and manage many separate services. We do not want to feel like there are constantly employees in our home. For dietary reasons we cannot eat takeout. We do not have family nearby.

Please let us know how you have managed this! Would love ideas. Thank you.
