Start looking for a new position and once you get one I would report to CPS bc this sounds like acting out abuse to me.

That sounds like an awful experience, and your reaction is completely valid. Those incidents cross a clear line of respect and safety. If you can, have a calm but firm talk with the parents and explain what happened and how it made you feel. If they don’t take it seriously or things don’t improve, it’s worth looking for another position. No job is worth being treated that way.

QUIT!!! Door Dash until you can find another job. You should not tolerate that disturbing behavior. If you don't quit, that boy will think his behavior is OK.

Sorry you have to deal with this; the child has a disturbing behavior and I’d not stick around w/them. I’d put in my notice and move on. Good luck.

I would be mortified if I had a child that treated their caregiver in such a horrific manner.

If this was an isolated incident & his parents disciplined their child firmly & promised you that something like this would NEVER happen again I might give this family another chance.

But if the parents are not advocating for you while you are caring for their awful child then yes > you should leave.
Possibly w/out notice (after you have been paid in full.)

Hey everyone. I have been Nanny for a family that I thought was great for quite a few months since March. Well, I had a really disturbing experience today that is making me even consider going back. So b7 asked me I could put his pet lizard in my mouth. I wish I was joking. When I firmly said no, and told him to put the lizard back in his cage, he kept on chasing me with it and eventually was able to get it to go on my head. Keep in mind. I hate reptiles. I got very upset with him and made him have a timeout over this . He literally flew the blizzard like 8 feet through the air. About two hours later, I had an experience that I never thought would happen. He peed on my head. I wish I was joking. I was outside playing with g5 and he said I have a surprise for you … proceeds to pull his pants down and spray right into my face. I went into the shower right away and was just so absolutely disgusted. The kid was laughing about it and thought it was the funniest prank of all time and even proceeded to draw a picture of it hanging onto his wall . His parents couldn’t believe it, they prob think it’s a lie. My concern of quitting: I’m sure you guys know with how bad this job market is that it’s hard to even come across Nanny positions paying 25 an hour and every job has tons of girls commenting definitely not something that was normal until whenever this market seems to take a horrible downturn. So I’m very just lost on what to do, but obviously, I’m just completely appalled.
