If they’re a good fit id stick with them; some families are willing to add $ for the commute.

I’d do it if they offer guaranteed hours.
So I’m not ginna drive that far to babysit for 2 hours but for 6 hours I would.

I have been caring for two children off + on for the past four yrs.

I am very close w/this family, they treat me very well & pay me a good salary.

The problem?
The Mother recently found out she is expecting so they had to move to a bigger house.
They told me it was still close-by, only about 5-7 min. away from their old house.
However I drove it this wknd and it is actually a 20 min. longer drive so my total commute there one way is 45-50 min.!

I really want to continue w/this family but cannot due to the increased commute.

What would you do?
