Subject: New job offer

Mom said she is okay if I take them out but dad said no .
So it’s complicated situation.
Finally dad said I can’t take them out since he has anxiety if something happens to them .
Which doesn’t make sense.
Before I go and do commitment I want advice from folks who are working in same situation.
I am on medication ( mental health so I don’t want to put myself anywhere that I have to deal with stress)

It's just a few hours a day and if you are not confident you can manage your stress you need to decline this role. It's probably not a good idea to be a nanny anyway if you are worried about your mental health. Consider maybe working in a daycare where there are other adults around.

You definitely need to decline any job offer working for this family.
You shouldn’t be receiving two different/conflicting set of directions from both parents but most importantly > the Father has a huge anxiety issue & it is outrageous that he would expect you + his two sons to remain indoors all day.
This job will likely make your headaches much worse.
You are much better off continuing your job search OP.

This is very simple, the job isn’t the right fit for you; if a potential employer has clearly shared that there’s some anxiety going on, I’d not want to take on that AND small home where there’s no space for toddlers, no thanks I’ll pass.
