This thread is strange! Why the rate adjustment? The rate is the same she’ll be watching your kid not your house and or living space. The rate remains the same

Why would an apartment you live in not be a home?

Why in public first? If it’s for safety reasons, the type of home shouldn’t really matter. If anything, an apartment building is safer because there can be a front desk attendant, cameras, and neighbors on the other side of the walls.

Is it alright to ask for a Nanny to watch the children if we live in an apartment? Should there be a rate adjustment for a home vs. an apartment? Moving from rural area and would be brand new to apartment living.
