A flat fee of $100/daily in addition to her hourly rate even if you use her services 3 or 4 hours daily she’s guaranteed her weekly hours.

What’s the point of having the nanny come only to work a few hours. Seems like it’s a waste.

+1. We travel a lot and we save probably 80% going this route. It’s usually through a nanny service so they’re vetted and professional.
