The nannies here will say you should pay 24/7 for nanny's time, even if the nanny is literally only needed for 4 hours and they are sightseeing and having fun on their own the rest of the time. You will also have to pay for a separate room as well as meals, and the plane ticket.
+1. We travel a lot and we save probably 80% going this route. It’s usually through a nanny service so they’re vetted and professional.
