I believe they are required to have all their vaccinations but I don’t knwo that they have to get, like, an updated TDAP before coming, if that makes sense. Your LCC should be able to answer this regarding your company’s policies, and you can also require it - we make our au pairs get flu shots each year (and obviously pay for them) and that’s something we communicate to them in the interview process

Are au pairs required to get certain vaccines? If so, which ones? Im mostly concerned about the TDAP vaccine and TB tests.
