The family is nice and their kid is great but I am having an issue with them and have discussed it with them 2x but it still continues happening and I am considering leaving but want to know if I am overreacting here.
I sometimes have another Nanny gig to go to afterward or on some occasions I have a Dr. appointment scheduled.
I always have told my NF 1-2 wks ahead.
Today was the fourth time in a year where one parent returns home late and I am forced to be late to my other Nanny position or Dr. appointment.
Today I was 20 min. late to a dentist appointment and almost had to reschedule!
Again I discussed this with my bosses and they promised they would do better but it still has happened.
I feel they do not respect me and the fact that I have other commitments besides them.
