I have heard that Care has deleted other people’s accounts for stupid + unfair reasons too.
Care is not a very good company to find quality childcare.

OP, the best ways are a.) Word of mouth/Personal & Professional referrals and b.) A good, local Nanny agency.

This. Everyone assumes the nanny was in the wrong. They deleted my account too with no explanation and I had impeccable references.

Be aware, with agencies they make you jump through hoops to get a position. So join and get the application process going while you still have a job or have money to tie you over for up to a month….

You’ll have to wait for them to send the family your “file”, then wait for an interview…and then another wait for a start date IF they’re interested.

that's entirely untrue. it sounds like OP didn't even tell the family she'd be late/unable to work? That's called a "no call no show" and will get you fired very quickly in the service industry.
