Yes, but they aren't called nannies. Generally, they are care givers for elderly people who can no longer live alone or who have a serious medical problem. I have a friend who has a male nurse for a relative who had a stroke and is s paralyzed and whom needs 24 hour care. It costs over $100,000/year.
