I'd love to do this job. I have worked as a nanny, done housekeeping, did professional organizing as a gig through college, volunteered with pets and worked as a dog walker, I grew up with 9 cats. Are you still looking for help?

Very helpful. Thank you. I was not planning on offering free housing in exchange for care but just noting that if housing is needed with the job, it is available and is private. I’d actually prefer someone who takes care of things when I’m not home. I get so little time on my own that I like a lot of quiet and solitude whenever possible.

Either a house manager or housekeeper depending on the specific tasks you need (i.e. house manager would keep the home tidy and organized between visits from a cleaning company but a housekeeper would handle the deep cleaning themselves).

Yes, but they aren't called nannies. Generally, they are care givers for elderly people who can no longer live alone or who have a serious medical problem. I have a friend who has a male nurse for a relative who had a stroke and is s paralyzed and whom needs 24 hour care. It costs over $100,000/year.

There is a full separate one bedroom apartment in the house that can be used off the helper is a live in with kitchen, full bath, washer driver and a private entrance and private deck with seating area. Responsibilities would include caring for pets, cooking, light cleaning.
