You don’t want anyone that would take that. That said I’m looking for a nanny and have talked to three different agencies and the poster who is saying it’s $30 for one infant is completely lying.

But a good nanny for an infant which is a motherly nurturing caring nanny, is $20-25.

You can find less than this too but it's either driving from farther out or is less experienced.

+1 I would also keep an open mind to hire older nannies say 50-55 who have kids out of the house. They have experience and enough energy to keep up with toddler and not on phone the whole time.

You have never met or hired a nanny through an agency, is that what you meant? if that's the case, I invite you check the rates offer by real parents in the agencies web pages. Just look for the job board and see for yourself. A professional and well seasoned and "nurturing"nanny won't take anything less than $30. Wake up and pop up your bubble!

No legal nanny is going to accept under the table.

You don't want to take care of him so why would a professional nanny accept such a. Insult. $30/,hr, guaranteed hours, OT over 8 hours a day and over 40 hours a week. PTO and sick leave.

Depends on hours and total package OP.

$22/hr for 50 hours a week (with ten hours at overtime) is very different than 40 hours at 22.

With that budget, you’re daycare parents.

You don't want to stay home s d take care of your child for this amount so why would you think a nanny would? $30/,hr minimum with non housekeeping, adult laundry, or leaving a .was in kitchen or any room for her to clean.

That’s insulting….starts at $30 just 1 child. Most fams with decent income pay their nannies about 76k/year(all benefits)

Impossible to say with such little information.

How many days per week?
How many hours per day/week?
Are you adding any extra benefits beyond the typical ones?
Under the table or paying taxes?

No, definitely not. I made that for one infant between 2008-2012.

No that’s laughable. You live in a million dollar home, drive a nice car please pay your help accordingly. 1 infant is 30$ an hour
