Just a heads up, depending on where your kids go to school, the nanny might need to head back to college before your kids start back up again.

The hours we need are a little different but we had a HS age sitter we found through the lifeguards at our pool .

After doing camps for my DD last year, we want to find a summer nanny to watch our rising kindergartener and rising second grader. This would involve picking DD up at swim practice and likely taking both of them to the pool (they are good swimmers). I think this could be a great job for a college kid. What would you pay and where would you look?
