I would casually work into conversation that you have cameras in your room, then wink and walk away.

Put a nanny cam for next time.

Are you serious? The nanny's dissatisfaction with her bed size should not give her free range of the house in search of a better bed. Unless, of course, the nanny's real name is Goldilocks.

Why does that matter? If my employer has a nicer house than me can I go have sex in there?

I would likely tell her what I found then see how she reacts.

If she automatically comes clean + apologizes, then you can give her a warning not to go into your room again.

If she denies being in your bedroom then not only did she violate your bedroom but she also is in violation of your trust as well.

Based on that - she should be let go.
However considering she is living in your home > it may not be an easy road to get her to leave.

I'd ask her to wash the bedding in the master bedroom, and go start the process of finding a new nanny. That is such a crossing of a distinct boundary. It would be unacceptable for DH and I to put up with.

Live-in nanny was home alone while we were away for the weekend (with kids). When we returned, there was a used condom and condom wrapper in our bedroom trash. There’s no other explanation other than that she had sex in our bedroom, and most likely, our bed, right? But why? Do I talk to her? Do I just leave it alone? I don’t want to lose her. I’m just baffled.
