Subject: has anyone on here used Philadelphia Nanny network agency?
They probably take a percentage or hire people with not much experience. A professional career nanny isn’t gonna work for that .

I was wondering the same- they post their jobs on care.com everyday for $18-22hr. How could someone live on taking home $14-18hr in this area?

Their nanny rates are surprisingly low. I was always wondering if there is such a thing as an affordable nanny but their rates seem very reasonable indeed. They quote $18-22 per hr while this board usually promotes much higher rates. Has anyone worked with them?
