No, we do not offer that in contract but put in that we'd give 6 weeks notice.

It would have to be listed to be airtight. Or something like “negligence” that covers a lot of issues.

4 weeks notice OR 4 weeks severance in lieu of notice (like if you get a call Friday the kid can start daycare on Monday- you'd give the severance because of the short notice).

Do you offer severance pay in your contracts with your nanny? For example, do you pay them something additional if you let them go for a non-cause reason, like you decide to switch to daycare, move out of state, etc.?
