Subject: Au pair in America what's your experience?
We had a good experience with APIA and the local counselor who is extremely organized and on top of things. However the bigger agencies like APIA typically have more families "competing" for qualified candidates, so if you find a good fit, you have to act fast. Because of that, I have found the process to be easier with some of the smaller agencies.
