This is a multi-state tax situation. It's dumb that Poppins can't handle it. We live in Maryland and the nanny lives in DC. We use Savvy Nanny Payroll Services and it works just fine.

I went through the exact same thing with Poppins earlier this year and found out about the issue right before I pulled the trigger. Ended up going with HomeWork Solutions, which has been fine.
