We just got a great feel for her in her interviews and correspondence. Older, easy going, and smiling. She came in and asked to wash her hands and then asked to hold my newborn. She held him happily for a two hour interview (standing and rocking when necessary).
Nanny has been with us for 3.5 years and a second child. She also lives alone (helpful during Covid) and is within walking distance of our home.
