She had only buckled the top chest clip and did not buckle the leg buckles. I told her to make sure he is always properly buckled. Then today, about 2-3 weeks later I noticed the same thing. Today when he came home from school, I went to get him from the car since i was in the garage and this time one of the leg buckled was unbuckled. When I told her, she denied it and went on to say “but he can’t move”. I am livid. I don’t think I can give her another chance. She clearly doesn’t care about car seat safety and doesn’t even see the point of a car seat. I had already sent her a picture and video explaining the importance of buckling properly and she had agreed that she would buckle him properly. I don’t have a backup person but I should just fire her, right?
