Reasonable for whom? Sounds like you’re not wanting pay much. Look after your own kid or stay home.

Depends on your comfort level. I’m not comfortable with leaving my kids with anyone under 25 and who doesn’t have CPR/First Aid training. That’s $25 an hour.
