We are creating a job posting for a nanny for our kids, who are 4-8. All are in school during the day, and summer came during the summer. Nanny is there to drive them around, help with homework (not the material/tutoring, just make sure they sit down and start doing it), and evening meal/routine.
Would appreciate tips on what to look for in replies to job posting and interview for older kids - is it just about how well they get along with the kids during the meeting? (Assuming they have a clean background check, good references.)
Any tips for being a good employer in a long-term nanny relationship also appreciated- would love to find someone who can be with our family for years.
