AP comes home most mornings with sex hair and smelling like rum and cokes, and is a terrible driver who we wanted to have help us transport our kids but never felt safe doing so.


OMG thanks for the laughs!!!!!!! But why is OG HF trying to help her rematch?

Good luck to this Au Pair. If she's not a good driver, she can still be a good AP for a family that has subway nearby.

I wouldn't post here to try to help her find another Host family. Why? I wouldn't want this next HF; go through the same thing you went through with her. Mainly stating and reading all those big red flags. Doing the rematch and finding her next HF it's her business. Let her find her own way. I would feel ashamed to recommend someone like her.

I'm sure they have but they haven't been in the car since she nearly killed them during the initial assessment. Since then, she's been practicing with her boyfriend and the host family can't speak to how bad/good her driving is as of today. She hasn't been driving their kids or their car.

Sounds like an aupair who wants to stay in the DC area with her boyfriend and a host family that wants an aupair who is here to be an aupair and spend time with the host family.

The profile states:
The au pair was staying out late with her boyfriend and missed some morning tasks…The host family also prefers a strong driver. The au pair arrived with an International Driver's license and has been practicing with a friend. Host family cannot speak to her current driving skills so a potential host family should ask her directly.
