So a raise plus a cash bonus?

Yes, with the bonus explicitly tied to performance, and the raise as the routine raise

Our nanny’s first year with us is coming up. I have heard that a $1/hr raise is standard. What are people doing now that inflation is 7%? I am thinking I should at least give her a raise equal to inflation (~$2/hr). We pay on the books and overtime, so it would be a significant increase for us. Looking to hear from nanny employers, please.
