What is the most sensitive way to ask applicants on Care.com whether they have a work permit and are willing to have taxes deducted? I indicated this in our job description but still get applicants who wish to be paid under the table. I understand many are in difficult circumstances and wish I could help but I simply cannot do anything illegal.
