as a high school I would have my her rather babysat then work in fast food. Our neighbors daughter works at chick fil a, she find out each weeks schedule the Saturday before. minimum wage in DC is $15.20/hr. I would not pay a penny less than this.
The sitter can decide she'd rather get a job at Chick Fil A where she'd have some fun co-workers her own age.
