You need to tell the parents who are your bosses that you need to talk with them, and then mention that while you were told that when their families are visiting you would be off, but that's not the case and you're being put in a position to answer to various relatives.

How long are they here for? That’s the most important question.

Families and nannies
I have seen a similar discussion here but I need a personal advices. How do families or nannies handle a a full house of parents and friends around when the MB has a new born. Before, I started the job the mom told me that she has a family and her husband family that would visit once or twice a year but when they would be around, I would be off. But, the family came over and the grandparents tell me how to handle the kids, where I was when I came back from outside , what we did, I need to do more activities with the children and so on...I don't want to be disrespectful since in my culture, we really respect the oldest but they are not doing what the promised. Also, I have worked for several families for more than 18 years and when they have a newborn and families around they prefer to stay between them. Another problem, O take care of the kids laundry and fold them but everyday I come their closet is a messed up. I think it's really disrespectful to not leave things the way you found them. I just think, they thought they could do a mess each time because I will go behind to clean back. They're nice but little disrespectful. Could you please tell me the way to approach this. Please don't mind my grammatical error.
Thank you all
