We got our AP through the NIE. 3 (young) kids & 45 hours/week and so far so good (nearly 6 months in). Reading the horror stories, I just thank my lucky starts that our AP was on the up and up.

Ours lasted 2.5 weeks, another friend has been through 5 rematches all within a month or so. Both of us are awesome families but have 4 kids. They match into our gigs then rematch to families with 1-2 kids and leave us hanging. We are both physician families for the NIEs and need the flexible hours. So sad. How many NIE families have had rematches within 1-2 months upon AP's arrival? Just verrrry curious given that anecdotally this seems to be happening where an AP says the right things, gets their ticket to the US, then plans on rematching all along---all while agencies are looking the other way.
