Subject: Laundry and dishes
I think treat the nanny as you would want to be treated. If you have bandwidth, do it. If you think she minds, perhaps talk to her about it? I think she would rather be consulted, instead of adding on with no communication. It all depends on the boundaries your individual nanny has set and that depends on how competitive your pay is, what other options she has, etc.

I do everything for little man from breakfast lunch dinner
Brush teeth morning and after dinner, do bathtime everyday do all activities in and out doors
All classes,laundry twice pre week including weekends I do 50hours pre week most times I don’t get a break I’m truly happy
Taking excellent care of little man my issues is the parents taking me for granted leaving all there mess
For me to clean
I leave a clean house every day but oh my gosh wow The mess they leave for me during the day
I feel like quitting at times
I like working in a clean area

I do all the laundry for my charges including weekend laundry but the dishes should be done before I arrive and the kitchen clean. I leave the kitchen spotless when I leave as well.

Two loads of laundry is not a big deal, especially if it’s infants and toddlers who nap and wear disposable diapers.
The bottles should at least be rinsed over the weekend. How many bottles do they have?! Most families have enough to get through 1 to 2 days. I’ve never seen a family that could skip washing bottles from Friday when the nanny leaves until Monday morning when the nanny gets back. If they just have the bottles left over from Sunday night, overnight into Monday morning, and then an early morning Monday bottle, I wouldn’t consider that a problem. But if they really stocked up on bottles so that they could get through the whole weekend, I would have a discussion with the parents, and I would treat it the same way that I treat an entire sink full of dishes and pans from Friday night through Monday morning.

We had a nanny who did baby laundry. If hamper was full i would wash it over the weekend and maybe left it for her to fold. If not full i would leave it. She did laundry every 3 days or so. If start time is 9:30 i would wash the baby's and my breakfast dishes or put unto dishwasher since thats fast and we eat breakfast at 8.
That nanny was amazing and did a lot of house cleaning and cooking on her own during naps that i tried to leave everything in good shape for her. She did not sit still and would sweep the walk if there was nothing left to organize while baby napped.

Nanny here. I do all the children’s laundry all the time. My employers leave the weekend clothes for me.
I’ll do the kids’ breakfast dishes even if they finish before I arrive but no adult dishes. Luckily my current employers are very considerate and clean.

The nanny does all kid laundry (also folds and organizes in their rooms) and all kid breakfast dishes (she works with the kids to bring them to the counter and put them in the dishwasher, but she starts much earlier than 9:30). She also keeps toys and books tidy throughout the house. It's all in the contract.
On the flip side, nanny can eat whatever and whenever she wants (and we ask for requests when doing shopping), so generally lunch and snacks are on us, she is free to nap while the little one naps if the older one is in school, etc. We generally have a very reasonable, give-and-take relationship. We don't nitpick and neither does she.

When I am on duty I am responsible for all kids laundry (given natural time constraints). Yes it's ok to leave weekend laundry for me as long as it doesn't pile up into several loads. I am also responsible for all dishes used when on duty and no I don't care if you leave a plate or glass or two in the sink to loaded into the dishwasher in the morning.

Baby and kid laundry gets done once or twice a week, so of course the nanny does it. That’s in the contract. Everyone is finished eating breakfast before 9 so everything is clean by then. If the kids are still eating breakfast when the nanny arrives then obviously their dishes can’t be clean yet.

My question are do you leave the baby laundry for the weekend to the nanny to wash it on Monday or do you do the baby's laundry during the weekend to have everything clean on Monday. Also, do you clean the baby's breakfast dish before the nanny come if her start time is at 9h30 am?
