Anonymous wrote:We like to really celebrate birthdays in our household and our nanny is no exception! We have a fun breakfast and/or lunch, birthday person gets to pick their dinner, we make dessert and we decorate with balloons, banners, etc.
I am curious if other families also get their nanny a birthday gift and if so, has there been anything that your nanny really appreciated? I know some people like an extra day off, etc.
