Of course although we were not able to meet in person until right before I started. Let me just say I don't want to get into details but we just didn't have a fit. Didn’t you not ask about discipline and philosophy during the interview? There weren’t any open-ended questions like “what would you do in this situation?” or “this is how I would handle this situation. Is that ok with you?”
