The nanny isn’t the parent, so no, they won’t love your child the same way you do. No two people show love in exactly the same way, even two parents of the same child, so the nanny shouldn’t be expected to show love the same way either. Yes, you want a nanny who will love your child, but how she expresses that is up to her and the child, and you want to make sure that she’ll be able to let go once the position ends, not stalk your child.
