How old is your child? Do you intend to host only at your house or are you open to other hosting arrangements?

Lots of career nannies have learned the hard way and won't accept a nanny share with families that aren't long time friends.

It's an extremely hard relationship to have work out between strangers

From the nanny’s perspective:
Parenting/discipline style match between families and nanny
Set schedule (both nanny’s hours and being okay with the nanny making an eat-sleep-play schedule that works for both)
Same or only free activities
Clear boundaries for food (either families pool or the kids have separate supplies)
No household chores
Set house or set schedule (every other week works, finding out within 24 hours doesn’t)
Communication between families and family to/from nanny
No harping on temperature or lights (hosting family)
New supplies within 2 days when nanny asks (non-hosting family)
Pay a decent wage
Don’t micromanage

Anything else is extra.
