Or do you both stay out of sight for the duration of the Nanny’s shift??
Because if your baby knows that you two are still home >>> he may be continuously crying knowing that you both are nearby.

My question is what we should do about the nanny? We both work at home so can observe the nanny and she doesn't do anything wrong we can see (play on her phone, leave the baby alone, etc). He just cries not stop with her. Should we keep the nanny and mark this up as he is attached to us, or find a new nanny he likes more?
