She's wonderful in many, many ways but if she brought lightness and liveliness into the house it would be like the sun coming out - which would be so helpful in these pandemic times.

It used to bother me that the nanny would flip the kids upside down while playing with them after eating because I was worried they'd puke but they never have. And it irritates me that when they're playing in the yard there's a lot of screaming and yelling but that's my issue.

Some Nannies just like to be thorough when cleaning a child who had a messy diaper.
It is best to have someone who cleans the child well enough so that the child does not get diaper rash.

I ignore all this because the children are content and safe. Also the children have bonded with her and she’s a reliable caregiver and it’s honestly too much trouble to find someone else.
