I do $125 from 9pm-8am but for the additional 3 hours (6pm~9pm) should I lower my rate to $20 given that it is babysitting and I will be doing very little? I honestly dont think they care either way and I am just overthinking it!!
Hell no! You are doing them a huge service and your time is worth the same for them as it is for your employer. Did your employer ask you BEFORE she offered to ,"share" you with other family,? If not, I would be looking for a job with someone who doesn't treat you like a piece of furniture.

+1. Don’t lower your rate. When your regular employers find out you lowered your rate for their friends they will be pissed.
