I worked for a very wealthy family that had one for the two nannies, housekeeper and chef. It was great because they could offer healthcare insurance and a retirement plan at a savings to them. I’m still very close to this family and, although they turned it down and didn’t need it, they could have filed for the stimulus small business loan/grant at the beginning of covid.

Something I read also said it is illegal to add your nanny to your business (if you have one) as the law is very clear that the nanny contributes to your household, not your business.
