Easy. You drop them off and you pick them up.

Does the Nanny drive and just doesnt have a car or doesnt drive?
If she drives and you are working from home I would let her take your car. ( or spouses, whatever works)

I would not be ok with public transportation right now.

Most children are not dignified.

In general I think our nanny and toddler are getting cabin fever and want to go to safe/socially distant activities (pre-pandemic they were always on the go at various activities via bus/train). Just wondering if we should start letting her take the kiddos on the metro again for activities? Another option would be for me and my husband to simply drive them places, which we don’t mind. Thanks!

You drive them. Period.

The nanny?! OP is asking the question - she doesn’t have any more sense than the nanny!

+1. OP is the idiot for even considering it.

Absolutely not. There is absolutely no way any of us are getting in an enclosed tube for any length of time.

Take her and drop them off. Work outside at a green space until she calls to say they are heading to the exit.

Why would you consider this? Or, an Uber. I wouldn't let little ones go anywhere right now with COVID but if you do let her use one of your cars or drive her.

I wouldn’t take a baby on public transportation now. No, no way. And a toddler who can’t keep from touching everything?! He’ll, no!

It simply is not safe yet. Drive them yourself or call an Uber.
