What if your nanny gets sick and doesn't want to go to the dr because they can't afford it so they just show up for work because they can't afford to lose a day's pay? Unless you are very wealthy, do not offer Health Care to a Nanny. Save that money and put it in a college fund / trust fund for your kids. It will accrue money.
