Hosted 3 Brazilians. 2 were very religious -- Mormons. So no problems drinking/partying with drugs. 21, worked in preschools/elementary back home -- want to improve their English to get better jobs in international schools. Spent every Sunday in church all day.

Brazilians love children. I did not have them drive so no qualms there -- i gave them a bus/metro ticket and a ride-share allowance.

They would have loved to have found husbands here but they were very attached to their families back home.

None of my Brazilians had experience. But they were lovely ladies and great au pairs and roommates.

Just some random thoughts in no order.

They are sophisticated
Fashion and trend experts
Take great care of themselves
On social media a lot
Seems to really want to perfect their English to Make a better living back home
Great roommates
Tend to stick with other Brazilian au pairs and not venture out
None were religious despite it being a huge Catholic country
None were partiers despite the reputation
A couple were here to find husbands. But so what.
Good drivers. The no winter driving experience never been an issue. I work at home on snow days and that didn’t fight me on no driving when conditions weren’t good.

Good luck. One of my Ex Brazilians is one of my best friends now. And a very close family friend and lives nearby (married and American)

I have hosted mostly Brazilian APs and I loved them. I am not sure what your exact question is? It seems like you are getting an extension AP? if so you shouldn't have languages and driving issues most families might encounter with out of country Brazilian APs, none of my Brazilian APS were the same, none was religious and none had a bf, however I have matched for August with another Brazilian AP who is religious and has a serious BF. I go for Brazilian APs because they are warm and tend to be older with a lot of experience.
