Yes, your nanny can come to work if you and your nanny really close the loop: she only sees your family and you only see her. A couple posters here (me included) get nanny’s groceries and supplies when DH does our weekly shopping to limit exposure.

Anecdotal but the advice in CA was the childcare (including nannies) is only essential for essential employees. And "essential" does not mean "important."

Your nanny should not be coming into work any longer. Pay them as you see fit until the order is over. If they are fired without cause pay the severance and assist them with filing for unemployment.

The order is silent on childcare.
I get that childcare CENTERS should be closed except for children of essential personnel but having a nanny at your home seems like less riskier than childcare centers in terms of exposure. Anyway...it's not covered at all...

If you’re the employer I think it depends on if you are considered essential. If so I think your nanny can come to work. The MD gov page might have more information on what is considered an essential service.
