I’m “only” 40, but have some underlying health conditions that could put me at greater risk. There is so much information out there, not sure what is correct. I’m more concerned about getting my parents sick. They are mid 60’s and are staying with me for a few months.
It’s difficult to say what is fair in these situations. I don’t expect my employers to pay me for weeks on end if I’m not working, but would love to not worry about losing my job.
They're getting paid and so should you. This comes under Acts of God
