Pretty much the same.

Our “German” BP is Russian by culture, language, and identity. He grew up in Germany but does not consider himself at all German. I would search for Russian language speakers especially among the German APs and BPs.

Are there any Russia APs anymore? If so, can you point me towards an agency? THanks!
