We currently do a three kid nanny share and our nanny makes $35 a hour which is about $11.25 per family and we do give annual raises as well and also quarterly bonuses for her on top of vacation time and sick days.... as a group we choose at least one collective week where all the families give her off and then she has an additional 3 weeks of her choice and a week of sick leave.
