Subject: No contact from agency after signing up?
It took them 3 days to finally send something, and the first communication was a request for documentation proving our “switch” from another agency.
I have still not heard from the LCC who I emailed separately and who was (allegedly) contacted by the “hq” contact as well. Not sure that bodes very well for APC and our potential lcc.

I’d suggest calling. Let them know that you want to switch agencies, ask them to waive the initial fee so that you can look at the pool.

Subject: No contact from agency after signing up?
I’m looking to switch to a new agency and submitted a “info request” form with Au Pair Care. It’s been a week and I haven’t had any contact from anyone there. Is this normal?
