I am so relieved to not have to ever see her again. I can take a deep breath and enjoy my life now. I am so happy to be returning back to the classroom full time this year.

Welp I was right about this lady. I waited until she paid me and then emailed her that I’d like to chat when she got a moment over the weekend. I told her about me not finding this to be a good fit and that I was willing to do the upcoming week for her while she finds someone else but that I couldn’t go beyond that. She began attacking me and I had to hang up on her. She then sent text after text and told me I needed to be with them through the holidays at least. I told her that since she became belligerent during our call that I also couldn’t come for the upcoming week. That led to her threatening to report me to care.com ( I’d already blocked her and really don’t care) and then she said she was calling my former employers to shame them for being a reference for me.

My previous MB called me and said she called her and chewed her out. Then she texted me that I better not spend the funds she sent because I didn’t deserve it and she was trying to pull the funds back as fraud through her bank. Lmao. Good luck.

She now wants to know what school I’ll be working at so she can fill them in about me! Just crazy and I should’ve went with my gut intuition and ghosted smh

That’s what I’m planning. She only pays me electronically so after I get confirmation it’s been posted I am emailing her or sending a good text to let her know. That way all of the grandparents and other people that are in and out of my way, can plan to be of service to her next week.

She gives me vibes of an employer that would either try to not pay me for my time or cancel upcoming work days out of spite. I’m off on Fridays and she pays me that day instead of the last day that I work every week which is Thursday.

i know it’s unprofessional and the punks way out but I honestly don’t see any way around it. This mb is extremely reactive and high strung and I can just about imagine her flipping in me right there in the flesh if I tell her to her face. I only work 15 hours a week and so far it’s my 3rd week and her craziness is concerning. I start back teaching soon and on my days off this week I’m going for orientation and next week I’m doing substituting and training before the break.

I honestly can see why she hasn’t been able to keep anybody and so happy she found me on Care.com instead of my agency. Idk I may email her.
