Maybe they need more time to trust you before they allow you to drive their child around. Our nanny has been with us for 6 weeks now. We think she's great. We still said no to driving our kids. It's true; we don't trust her to do that right now and it isn't necessary. Over time, we may. Our priority is our child's safety and health, not the entertainment of our nanny. We don't worry a lot about whether she is bored. We do care about her happiness, and that's why we treat and pay her well. But yeah, sounds like this is a job offer you should decline since you feel so strongly about not staying at home with your charge.

I said I would prefer she keeps the baby home. One of the primary reasons we decided to hire a nanny instead of using day care is to try and keep our baby away from germs during the winter months. We're okay with going for walks to the park (and she's been doing that, but I doubt for much longer as we have very brutal winters where we are), but not with the nanny driving our baby anywhere. Just because I feel like our baby is safest at home, and I trust that our nanny will find ways to have fun with her there.
I don't feel your job offer is unreasonable.

I have to take care of 15 month old girl.
The mom wants me to stay with her all day at home.
It’s cold so she don’t want we walk to park and she is not agree if I take her to indoor activities
She don’t want I drive her around.
I feel it’s going to be very boring.
What’s your thoughts ( btw my schedule will be 9 to 5)
Thanks in advance
