Unless you are paying her $25/hr I doubt it’s well. Probably standard or average. Also, if she keeps asking about going out she isn’t happy and will soon be on her merry way.

You are unreasonable and delusional, hence why you side with the OP family. Unless you work in the house and never interact with the public guess what, you are bringing home germs and introducing them to your baby.

Becoming more common. There are plenty of things you can do to occupy the time she is not napping or eating. Read stories, playdough, sensory bins, water play, blocks, listen to music, dance, finger plays and action songs, practising how to dress and undress, bake together, coloring, painting, bring snow in from outside to explore or explore item frozen in ice cubes, make forts, make obstacle courses....be creative.

Op here , I work as nanny almost ten years and this is first family ( with that kind of views ) that I met in last ten years

Mom works from home I am totally fine with that. I was with another family for four years ( the both parents worked from home) but I never ever met or work with family with that kind of UNREASONABLE views.

It’s not good for the child.
That said, I worked weekends for a very high profile family on weekends and we were not allowed to leave the grounds for security reasons. However, this family had a huge yard, swings, art room, playroom, basketball court where the child could chalk and play cars, and a pool. It was fun setting up projects for us to do together. I wasn’t bored at all. But as I said, this was just two days a week. I don’t know if I could have done it full time.

At home every single day while it's cold? Yeah, it seems like it's going to be challenging to be stuck indoors all day every day. Our nanny doesn't drive, but as long as it's not absolutely freezing or pouring, she is at the park or the playground with the kids for at least an hour every single day, usually more like two hours.
