It's too far, but if you are intent on doing it, I would say at least $40 a day extra.

This is in perfect traffic. I would not accept. Too far and the raise is probably minimal. If she goes to $10 more an hour, then I might accept. Personally, I hate sitting in traffic.

My current nanny family will be moving 25 miles away. The mom has expressed that she really wants to keep me. She said I would get a raise when they move. What do you think is a good about for a raise since that’s 50 miles a day? I currently travel 3 miles a day now.
