It's nice that you got used to it already and you feel confortable; in not having privacy to relax a little bit in your break, while eatting your lunch, going to the bathroom so many times when you have diarrea, wipe your watery running nose lot of times when you have a cold or allergies. This being said; obviously bcs of the cameras the Parents will know how was everything during the day. And this means everything. As every Parent like to know How was everything with their kids: You just can tell them. "Ohh our day was great".
Why are you working with babies when you have diarrhea?! And if you have it often enough to be concerned about your time in the bathroom while working, you need to see a gastroenterologist.
I encourage my employers to put in cameras and still manage to relax when the kids are napping. You’re being silly, PP. You’re at work and not in your own home.
